A: Each product page includes detailed sizing charts. For riding apparel, we recommend measuring yourself according to our guide. Q: My competition is coming up soon – can you expedite shipping?
A: We understand competition timelines! While we don’t offer express shipping currently, our standard shipping via DHL/FedEx is quite fast (10-15 business days after dispatch). For time-sensitive items like air vests or competition gear, we recommend ordering well in advance or selecting expedited shipping options at checkout if available.
Returns & Exchanges

A: We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your items. If your gear doesn’t fit or meet expectations, you can initiate a return. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
