Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact (especially important for protective gear like air vests and body armor)
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note on Hygiene-Sensitive Items: For the safety of our equestrian community, certain products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:

  • Used bandages and boot bandages
  • Personalized bridle accessories
  • Opened containers of grooming products

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return:

  2. Wait for authorization: Our rider-experienced support team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
  3. Package your item: Securely pack the item using the original packaging when possible.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our address at 3422 Elmwood Avenue, Mesa, US 85201 using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Policy
